Fue en las calles y cocinas de Xalapa donde comenz\u00f3 a probar suerte, aprendiendo que cada ingrediente, cada sabor, cuenta una historia. Pero fue en el restaurante Azul Condesa donde su carrera tom\u00f3 un giro decisivo. No se considera alguien predestinado a la cocina desde la infancia, sino alguien que ha descubierto y abrazado su pasi\u00f3n y prop\u00f3sito a lo largo de los a\u00f1os.
